**General Rules:**

- Work top to bottom.

- Vacuum all hard surfaces & damp mop.

- Dust trim.

- Dust wall trim & door design.

- Move plants & light furniture.

- Spot clean fingerprints on halls, trim & light switches.

- Empty waste baskets.

- High dusting.

- Vacuum under mats/area rugs.

- Wipe boot tray.

- Wipe/dust all heat deflectors, baseboards, heaters & cold air vents.

- Dust blinds

- Clean windowsills.

- Clean light fixtures.

- Clean patio & front door – inside and out (weather permitting).

- Clean windows (if windows are requested only)

**Bathrooms:**

- High dusting.

- Clean light fixtures.

- Dust blinds & valances.

- Wipe doors & door frames.

- Clean baseboards & windowsills.

- Spot clean walls & switch plates.

- Clean shower stall, tub, tiles & rod.

- Clean shower doors inside & out.

- Clean shower door tracks – top & bottom.

- Wipe vanity & cupboard fronts.

- Clean soap dishes.

- Wipe toilet paper holder & towel bar.

- Empty & wipe out garbage pails.

- Fold towels.

- Clean toilet – inside, outside, around & behind.

- Clean baseboard behind toilet.

- Clean sink & taps.

- Clean mirror.

- Wipe off valve.

- If bathroom is cluttered, move what you can.

- Move bathmats

- Sweep & wash floors.

- Fold toilet paper.

**Kitchen:**

- Soak rings & burner pans in sink.

- Wash breakfast dishes (odd couple).

- High dusting.

- Clean light fixtures.

- Dust blinds & valances.

- Wipe doors & door frames.

- Clean patio & French doors.

- Clean windows & windowsills.

- Wash cupboard fronts.

- Clean countertops – moving & wiping all items.

- Spot clean around light switches, door frames, sinks & stove.

- Dust/wash knick-knacks, shelves, etc.

- Clean table & chair sets.

- Clean fridge & fridge top.

- Clean microwave – inside & out.

- Clean small appliances – toaster, kettle, etc.

- Clean stove & range hood.

- Wipe dishwasher front.

- Polish all appliances & chrome.

- Clean sinks & taps.

- Wash baseboards.

- Clean garbage can.

- Vacuum & wash floors – move floor mats, pet food dishes, table & chairs.

- Clean inside oven/fridge on request.

- Clean inside cupboards upon request if emptied

**Bedroom:**

- High dusting.

- Wipe doors & door frames.

- Clean baseboards & windowsills.

- Wipe down furniture – bed, dressers, nightstands, shelves, etc.

- Dust thoroughly lifting all items.

- Clean mirrors, pictures & knick-knacks.

- Close closet doors/drawers.

- Make/tidy bed.

- Vacuum floors & under bed If can

**Living Room:**

- High dusting.

- Clean light fixtures.

- Clean baseboards & windowsills.

- Wipe furniture – tables, shelves, etc.

- Dust thoroughly lifting all items.

- Clean mirrors, pictures & knick-knacks.

**Dining Room:**

- High dusting.
